Η κριτική επιτροπή μας αποτελείται από περισσότερους από 250 επαγγελματίες ειδικούς γεύσης, οι οποίοι είναι μέλη των πιο διάσημων ενώσεων σεφ και sommelier.

Αλλά η συμμετοχή σε μια ένωση από μόνη της δεν είναι αρκετή για να πληρούν τις προϋποθέσεις. Έχουν ξεχωρίσει σε διαγωνισμούς σεφ και σομελιέ ή κορυφαίους οργανισμούς.

Προερχόμενοι από περισσότερες από 20 χώρες, οι κριτές της επιτροπής του Taste Institute είναι όλοι εξωτερικοί και ανεξάρτητοι. Οι γνώσεις τους για τη γεύση και η ικανότητά τους να παρέχουν σχετικό σχολιασμό αξιολογούνται και παρακολουθούνται συνεχώς από την επιτροπή γευσιγνωσίας μας.
