The evaluation report is an optional PDF report that provides you with personalized comments from our jury about your product. Different sections are available :
Comments & Suggestions
Get written comments from our experts about your products on the main sensory criteria.
You will also receive some suggestions on how you could further improve your product from a taste perspective.
Food & Drink Pairing Suggestions
Hedonic pairing is the art of identifying which food products/drinks go well together from a flavor standpoint. Our professional Chefs & Sommeliers are constantly pairing products in their everyday work. For each product you will get pairing proposals you might never have imagined!
Specific Questions for the Jury
Is the acidity level of my product OK? What are the main aromas perceived in my product? Is the alcohol well integrated? You have some specific question about your product?... You have the opportunity to ask up to 3 specific questions to the best Chefs & Sommeliers.
If your product is awarded
Products achieving a score above 70% will be granted the Superior Taste Award and receive the following elements :
The Superior Taste Award certificate and medal
For each of your products that receives the award, you will receive a printed Superior Taste Award certificate. Your company will also receive the International Taste Institute Medal.

We will grant you a 3-year worldwide license right to use the Superior Taste Award label, the registered trademark and associated names, and our logos and graphics in your communication.

You will be able to download your Superior Taste Award Labels in various high definition formats and multiple languages.
Marketing tools and personalized digital material
You will receive a marketing kit containing Superior Taste Award PVC labels, stickers, and flags. You will have digital access to general PR, photo, and video material as well as personalized digital material.
Prestige Awards
Companies that are granted one of the prestige awards (Crystal, Diamond, or Absolute) will receive a physical prestige trophy. Digital versions of the trophies will also be available for use in your communications and personalized digital materials.
