SITUATION
Adhering to high-quality standards is part of Privatbrauerei Hofmühl's mission statement. Therefore, regular internal and external evaluations are conducted to maintain product quality. Although Privatbrauerei Hofmül has a robust in-house process to measure the quality of its beers, it also wishes to have additional support to complement it.
ACTION
Privatbrauerei Hofmühl has been submitting its beers to the sensory analysis by the International Taste Institute since 2009 and has since then benefited from the external and objective feedback provided by the Institute's sommeliers.
RESULTS
Privatbrauerei Hofmühl is keeping to its high standards and this has led to several specialized recognitions they have received in the beer sector such as the Meininger’s International Craft Beer Award, the Selection Prämiert Top-Level Gold of Selection Magazine, and the Preis der Besten – Gold by DLG.
